The inexpensive GloRunner™ Microplate Luminometer provides high sensitivity and precision for luminescent ELISA assays. Its minimum detection limits for commonly used chemiluminescent enzyme and substrate combinations are comparable to photon counting microplate systems that are much more expensive! The GloRunner's solid state array detection technology has a very broad linear dynamic range. Less assay optimization is required when changing from colorimetric to luminescent assay formats. Confidence

With the GloRunner Standardization Light Plate, you can verify that the instrument is performing consistently over time. The CV is less than 1% within a channel and between all eight channels.
